How Perks Passport Works

Perks Passport connects local businesses with subscribers through exclusive digital vouchers that are simple to use, secure, and fair for everyone.

1. Join Perks Passport
When you subscribe, you get access to exclusive offers from participating businesses — available only to Perks Passport members. Each subscription runs on a monthly billing cycle, and your benefits renew with every paid period.
2. Claim a Voucher
You can claim one voucher per business per billing period.
Once claimed:
  • The voucher appears instantly in your My Vouchers wallet
  • Each voucher is reserved just for you
  • You cannot claim the same business again until your next billing period
This keeps the system fair for businesses and valuable for members.
3. Visit the Business
Go to the business in person and enjoy their service as normal.
Some vouchers may have:
  • A minimum spend
  • A fixed value discount
  • Or a percentage discount
Any conditions are clearly shown on the voucher.
4. Redeem Your Voucher
When you are at the business, open your voucher and tap Redeem Voucher.
You may be asked to enter the total bill amount (before tips), ensuring:
  • Minimum spend conditions are met
  • The correct discount is applied
Once redeemed:
  • The voucher is marked as used
  • It cannot be reused
  • A redemption confirmation screen appears
Simply show this screen to the staff member as proof.
5. Next Billing Period = New Access
When your next subscription payment is processed:
  • Your access resets automatically
  • You can claim vouchers from the same businesses again
  • No manual action required
