Subscriber Terms & Conditions
By registering as a Subscriber on Perks Passport, you agree to the following terms:
1. Subscription Access
Your subscription grants you access to redeem one voucher per participating business per billing period, subject to availability and eligibility.
2. Voucher Usage
Vouchers may only be redeemed once
Redemption must occur in person at the participating business
Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash
Minimum spend conditions may apply and are clearly displayed on each voucher
3. Billing Period
Each subscription billing period defines your eligibility to claim vouchers.
Unused vouchers do not roll over into the next billing period.
4. Redemption Responsibility
You are responsible for:
Presenting your voucher at the business
Ensuring minimum spend requirements are met
Redeeming vouchers only when physically present
5. Abuse & Misuse
Any attempt to misuse vouchers, share codes, or exploit the system may result in account suspension without refund.
6. Changes to Offers
Perks Passport reserves the right to:
Add or remove businesses
Adjust voucher values
Modify eligibility rules
7. Acceptance
By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
