1. What does it cost me to join?
Nothing. There are no sign-up fees, monthly fees, or per-booking commissions.
2. Why is this better than an STO/Agent rate?
Standard agents take ~20%. On a R1,500 activity, that’s R300. Our R150 voucher model saves you R150 in commissions per person compared to a traditional agent booking.
3. How do I verify a voucher?
Our platform uses a real-time redemption system. The successfully redeemed voucher is emailed and whatsapped to you with its unique code that ties in with the receipt time and date stamp and can be accessed at anytime through your Dashboard which gives access to a full redemption report.
4.Can a customer use the same voucher twice?
No. Once a voucher is "spent" for your business, the system locks it until their next subscription cycle. This then, in effect, becomes a loyalty system.
5.What if I want to limit the offer?
You have full control. You can delete and create as many vouchers from your Business Dashboard as you wish. You can create vouchers that are valid for certain days only as well as limit quantities available.
6.How do we earn the 20%?
We provide a custom QR code for your reception desk or boat. When a guest scans and signs up for the R75/pm subscription, 20% of that fee is credited to your business account every month they remain a member.
7.How is the money paid out?
When your credit exceeds R100 you can draw it down into your bank account by accessing your affiliate account link.. You can use this for business revenue or, as we recommend, a "Staff Welfare/Function Fund."
8.Do I need new hardware?
No. The system works on any smartphone, tablet, or computer with internet access. You access your Business Dashboard where you can link to your Redemption Report which shows unique vouchers that were redeemed to be used for audit purposes.
9.Can I change my offer?
Yes. You are in total control and can delete and upload new vouchers via your own Business Dashboard.
