By participating as a Business Partner on Perks Passport, you agree to the following:
1. Voucher Acceptance
Businesses agree to honor valid vouchers presented by subscribers, subject to:
Voucher conditions
Minimum spend requirements
Expiry dates
2. Redemption Process
Vouchers may only be redeemed once
Redemption must occur in person
Businesses must verify the voucher status at the time of redemption
3. Offer Control
Businesses retain full control over:
Voucher value
Minimum spend
Number of vouchers issued
Expiry dates
4. No Cash Liability
Vouchers do not represent cash value and may not be exchanged for money.
5. Marketing Participation
By listing on Perks Passport, businesses agree to be featured in platform marketing materials unless otherwise requested.
6. Fair Use
Businesses agree not to discriminate against Perks Passport subscribers or provide reduced service.
7. Termination
Perks Passport reserves the right to suspend or remove business listings for policy violations or misuse.
